GRACE
Grace joined Dr. V’s Cosmetic and Medical Dermatology Clinic in 2010 as a receptionist. Over the years, her role has progressively expanded as she consistently embraced increasingly complex responsibilities.
She currently serves as the Senior Medical Assistant, supporting both medical and cosmetic procedures performed by our physicians. During the clinic’s transition in ownership, Grace was further recognized for her leadership and expertise with a promotion to Team Lead.
Grace is a dedicated and hardworking member of our team and plays an integral role in fostering a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym.
Medical Aesthetician / Administrator
IRENE
Irene is a licensed Medical Aesthetician who has been with the company since 2012.
With over a decade of experience, she specializes in advanced skincare treatments and is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care.
Senior Medical Aesthetician
Mia
Mia is a Senior Medical Aesthetician with over 18 years of experience in advanced skin treatments like microneedling, chemical peels, IPL, and lasers. She is passionate about helping people feel confident in their skin through personalized care and proven techniques.
Mia is a Clinical Applications Specialist (Clinical Laser Trainer) for Lumenis (only 2 in Canada) and has a strong background in laser treatments, and she loves sharing that knowledge with others. Mia trains fellow professionals on how to use laser technologies safely and effectively, helping them build confidence and skill in their own practice.
Whether she is working with clients or mentoring new aestheticians, she brings experience, honesty, and a personalized approach to every session.

Paige
Paige has been a valued member of our clinic since 2017. Over the years, she has grown within the team- starting in medical administration, gaining experience in our cosmetic clinic, and later becoming Dr. Vignjevic’s trusted assistant.
Today, Paige brings her knowledge and leadership to her role as Executive and Clinical Administration Manager.
She is also an integral part of our mole mapping clinic, where she continues to expand her clinical expertise.

Terra
Terra has been with our clinic since March 2023 and brings 17 years of Medical, Clinical and Administrative experience.
As a licensed Phlebotomist and Medical Laboratory Assistant, Terra has spent years providing compassionate patient care, assisting medical professionals and supporting healthcare teams across several specialties including Clinical Laboratories, Fertility, Family Medicine and Dermatology. She is passionate about health care and helping every patient she meets.
Outside of work, Terra enjoys the gym, cooking and travelling adventures.

Trish (Patrizia)
With nearly 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Patrizia is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.
At Skinnova, she provides expert skin care advice and specializes in laser therapy, microneedling, and facial treatments. In addition to her aesthetic expertise, Patrizia has extensive experience assisting physicians with dermatological procedures and patient histories, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the cosmetic and medical sides of skin health.
Her warm, attentive approach and commitment to excellence ensure that every client receives personalized care and leaves them feeling confident and refreshed.
